Our mission

At Sonni Lou our core values are integrity, honesty, passion, dedication, commitment and creativity with a little dash of wackiness thrown in for good measure. Our aim is to provide our customers with unique and quality products at an affordable price.

Our products

While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of our products. This may depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device. In addition to this, because our items are handmade, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.

Intellectual property

All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, or other intellectual property that has been made available on Sonni Lou, or throughout our social media, is the copyright material of Sonni Lou and remains our intellectual property at all times.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

We expressly prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any Sonni Lou product as part of any business (including any online business) unless agreed in writing by Sonni Lou.

Returns

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Products are made to order and a lot of time and care goes into creating each order. Because of the fact that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we encourage to consider your order carefully before confirming.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any product if we do not deem it to have been damaged during postage and handling. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as practicable.

We take a lot of care when packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent to its new home.

All A4 prints are packed in plastic protective pockets with boxboard and are sent in a rigid envelope for extra protection. Greeting card and jewellery orders are sent in a flat rigid box.

Shipping

We ship orders within Australia only.

All orders are shipped using the Australia Post Parcel Post service. We offer a flat rate postage of $8.95 for all orders and this includes registered mail, tracking and insurance. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number by which you may track the progress of your shipment via the Australia Post website

Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 10 days to ship. This is due to the fact that our products are made to order and we like to make sure they are perfect before we send them out to you!

Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders, please allow two weeks for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow 3 weeks.

Shipping times are merely a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow the shipping timeframes stated above before contacting us about your order. Under no circumstances will we replace an order before these shipping times have lapsed. If your order has not arrived after these times, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided. If they are unable to remedy your issue, please contact us at hello@sonnilou.com and we will do our very best to solve the problem.

Social media

We love using social media to update our customers about our brand, our products and our promotions. We encourage everyone to join us on these platforms, however we do have specific standards of conduct and behaviour. We will not accept or tolerate any foul language or abusive behaviour. Sonni Lou will block or delete any users or comments that do not comply with these standards.
